Born in Amlekhgunj, Bara, in Terai region, Ronit Dahal brings a unique blend of local insight, hospitality expertise, and trekking experience to his role as operational manager. With a bachelor's degree in management (BBS).

Ronit has been actively involved in Nepal’s tourism and hospitality industry since 2014. Before fully transitioning into trekking operations, he gained several years of experience in hospitality management, overseeing guest services, coordinating logistics, and ensuring high service standards in both city hotels and remote mountain lodges. 
This background laid a strong foundation for his ability to deliver seamless, customer-focused travel experiences. Ronit has personally completed iconic treks like Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp, along with many other routes across Nepal. His deep understanding of Nepal’s landscapes and cultures allows him to craft authentic, safe, and memorable journeys for travellers from around the world.
